TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for considering me for a commission or buying one of my designs, but before we have to make sure that you agree with my conditions to work with me, as an artist my priority is always to meet your expectations and work for you to receive the drawing you want, so please read my rules before applying for a job.

◈GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS◈

My native language is Spanish, so there may be times when communication is not so fluid, I ask for patience when answering and please be as clear as possible, if I do not understand something I will always ask questions.I can work with written references and images, it will always be a great help if you send me images that help me to understand what you want (as in the case of the custom), this will prevent us from going round and round and making many changes.Avoid behaving in a rude or unhealthy way, in case this happens you will be given a warning, if you continue in that way I have the right to cancel the order and block it, however, you will be informed of this before doing so.What can and cannot I draw? You will find this in my assignments, however, many times I am willing to try new things, feel free to ask me, in these cases I usually charge after the sketch.In case my delivery time is affected I will let you know immediately.

◈PAYMENT AND WORK PROCESS◈

Commissions are paid before starting the job.Payment is made by PayPal, Kofi or bank transfer in the case of Mexico.Once the type of order is agreed and the price is calculated, I will send you an invoice by Paypal in which you will find the product to buy, the price and the conditions of the service.Do I accept partial payments? These are only allowed if I have already worked with you before or if the total of the orders exceeds 200 €, in this case you need an advance of MINIMUM 30%, preferably 50%, the rest will be paid after delivering the sketch, do not hesitate to ask me and tell me the time you need to pay, however, consider that I will not continue working until everything is paid.I will start working as soon as I receive the payment, but the TAT will depend on how many assignments I have before yours.You can always see the progress of your order on my waiting list! I try to update it whenever I do a job, but I can always do it a few hours after I start a certain phase.I always do 3 revisions so that everything is in order (this can vary depending on the style of drawing, i.e. flat color or sketch). The first revision is the sketch where you can request any changes you want. The second revision will be done on the flat color, here you can tell me if you want to change the color palette or if you didn't like some details at the end, you can't change pose, hairstyle, clothes, etc. In the third revision I will send you the finished drawing, in which you can ask for filters or minor changes, in case you want to make a big change this will be charged.In case you need it, you can always ask me for WIP.TAT: Estimated delivery times are usually 2-3 weeks, up to 4 months, the order may be delayed depending on situations out of my reach such as; health, previous orders, school or family issues.
In any of these situations I will let you know as soon as possible.My main networks are instagram, facebook and DA, if you want to contact me it is easier for me to answer you in any of these social networks.Cost for extra changes after a revision: 2€ up to 5€ for each change requested.

◈COMMUNICATION PROCESS AND BLACKLIST◈

My main interest is that my clients are always happy and receive the drawing of their dreams. I will do my best to give the best results!If you want me to draw one of your characters I am always happy to know more about them, if you have a Toyhouse it is better for me, I enjoy reading about your characters and doing everything possible to bring them to life, you can also tell me if you want any specific expression or pose.Please, be as clear as possible with what you are looking for, I am always willing to give you ideas or you can even leave the drawing completely in my hands, but there are always better results when you tell me what you want.⸻➤𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓
Failure to comply with any of my rules will give you one to two strikes, by getting two strikes you understand that you will be sent to the blacklist within which:❥You will be blocked from my accounts.
❥I will refuse to take any request from you.
❥You will be banned from purchasing any designs from me.Please avoid involving third parties.Actions that may lead to strikes:
❥Miscommunication (being rude or not responding at all).
❥Scamming / requesting refunds without reaching an agreement.
❥Stealing my art for resale.
❥Deleting comments on offers.
❥Declining bids in breach of the “cash in hand” rule.These are just a few examples, some more serious than others, consider reading my rules to be sure.

◈USE / COPYRIGHT POLICY◈

My drawings do NOT include commercial use, for which I have the rights of the drawing, in case you want a commission for commercial use let me know.Therefore, I can share the commission in my social networks, include them as an example in my commissions, etc. always including the credits and clarifying that the character belongs to the commissioner.
Even so, I usually ask before doing it.The client has the right to use the artwork for personal use, you can edit the artwork only with the artist's right, i.e. add filters or stickers, you can share the artwork attaching the corresponding rights, you cannot trace or redraw over my drawings, in case any of these rules are broken, you will go directly to my blacklist.It is strictly forbidden to use my art for AI or NFT.Please do not take credit for the creation of the work, do not erase my signature or watermark.The purchase of commercial rights to the artwork can always vary depending on the commission (it can vary from a commission to a custom).
The commercial use may vary depending on the order, mainly I will consider if it will be used for digital purposes only or physical merchandise will be made from it. It is possible to modify the artwork or use it in any way, credit is still required for the use of the artwork even if it is altered or edited, if you wish to have more information send me a message asking about it and I will gladly answer your questions.

◈CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS◈

I have the right to cancel and return the commission money in case any of the above rules are violated, of course, I will inform you in order to reach an agreement.
If the money has not been sent yet, the customer has the right to cancel the commission.Once the commission has been requested and paid, there are NO REFUNDS.In case any scam occurs and you request a refund after the work is finished, you will lose all rights to the work, it will be added to my blacklist and you will be banned from commissioning work from me again in the future, I have the right to block it and publish your nickname on sites I deem appropriate to warn other artists.All payments are made by an invoice in which I asked you to read and agree with my rules, so by paying the invoice it is assumed that you have informed yourself of all my rules.This policy has been updated on July 31, 2024, so if you have purchased from me before this date you can contact me if you need any clarification.

◈ADOPTABLES RULES◈

It is possible to make your own stikers, drawings, portraits, commissions, etc. For yourself, either with my art or your own art.My designs can be included in any project that has no remuneration or malicious purposes, if you have any doubt please contact me in any of my social networks or by mail ([email protected]), we can always reach an agreement.The commercial use is usually worth 200% of the Ab, that is if AB of an adoptable is 50, the commercial use will be 100, with a final cost of 150 for the adoptable.This is not always the case, always check the end of the publication where surely a price or indications are assigned for each design.⸻➤𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
❥All payments will be made with a PayPal invoice, indicating the adoptable ID number, price and rules. Only in special cases payments by Kofi or bank transfers for Mexico will be accepted.
❥Those adoptables sold by DA points or paid by art must be sold only by that same method (points or its equivalent in $$/art). Consult the equivalent with other artists if in doubt.

Payment plans are allowed above 100 €, for this a minimum of 30% of the payment is requested (ideally 50%), the rest can be paid within one month (two months for amounts above 200).
The payment plan will be agreed between the buyer and the artist, indicating it in a PayPal invoice.
Payments will be made on a weekly basis.
The adoptable will NOT be delivered until payment is completed.
In case of late payments please let me know.
A considerable delay in the payment of your invoice will lead to the cancellation of the purchase.
Payment plans are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please consider before bidding.

❥Do not sell them for a higher price than you bought them for. Your price will only increase by the extra artwork of the adoptable that you have paid for with your own money.
❥The buyer is obliged to notify the new owner of the adoptable in case of a transfer. This will help me to maintain greater order and supervision of my designs and intellectual property.
❥You can use it for art trade considering its value.

❥Those designs acquired by a sweepstakes are free, they have no value unless you invest money in them. A trade, however, is acceptable.

The character is yours, but the design is not, it is necessary that you give me credits, you are allowed to modify things in the design, but even so, giving credits is necessary (Gott).
